We endeavor to match the requirements of our employer with the profiles that we have. We also interview our domestic workers before providing recommendations to a prospective employer. However, we highly encourage the employer to interview the helper via skype before confirming on their choice of helper.

Counselling Services

There may be times where employers require external help in dealing with various issues with their domestic worker. We are here to help:

We partner with an experienced counsellor in the Philippines who is skilled in coaching and counselling domestic workers, to be conducted online via Skype either in the home of the employer or where relevant, the agency’s office in Penang.

We have also appointed a Filipino Welfare Officer and Counsellor (WEDO) Certified by Philippine Embassy in Malaysia entirely for AP FORSITE SDN.BHD to assist domestic Workers either at the employer's home, via phone or where relevant, the agency's Office in Penang. Counselling for domestic workers located outside of Penang will be conducted via Skype.
